Remote Assistance


Before accessing remote assistance please read the following completely to ensure a trouble free support experience.
 
  • First, call us at 405-240-7430 and let us know your name and location.
  • We will validate your eligibility for assistance and your current agreement status.
  • Click HERE to load remote support,  click on RUN or ALLOW to all requests for input (depends upon operating system)
  • Choose the support person in the left pane of the LTCS Helpdesk dialog box, by default select Kelly.
  • The remote session is enabled by this small application that will start on your machine and "phone home" to the support desk, establishing the support session.
  • There is availability of a CHAT session in the remote support application should phone contact be lost.
  • File Transfer capabilities exist for secure exchange of data and support files.
  • Upon exiting the remote assistance session automatically uninstalls itself from your computer.
